spinach and feta chicken

2 chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 box of frozen spinach, defrosted and any excess water squeezed out
1 cup feta cheese
olive oil

1. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
2. Layer the following ingredients on top of the chicken in this order: spinach, red bell pepper, then feta cheese.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts.
4. Cover and bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
