olive oil dip


quality olive oil
red pepper flakes
garlic, finely minced
Parmesan cheese, finely grated

1. Depending on how much you like garlic, finely mince between 4-8 cloves of garlic. Put in small dish.
2. Add 1-2 tbsp. of cheese and 1/4-1/2 tbsp. red pepper flakes.
3. Completely cover garlic mixture with good olive oil.
4. Use a fork to whisk all ingredients together.
5. This makes a perfect dipping oil (better than the restaurants) for any type of bread!
